Nicole has more than 20 years of media sales and marketing experience, as well as a background in education and volunteer services.
Nicole prides herself on fostering inclusive work environments, which led her to serve as Diversity Chair with the Dallas Morning News Charities.
As a youth advocate in the The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Nicole was named a parent-teacher association Volunteer of the Year and served as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Board member for the Independent School District of Desoto, TX.
During her tenure at The Dallas Morning News, Nicole was awarded the A.H. Belo Values Award, DMN Media President’s Club, and DMN Media Inspired Team Performance, all highlighting her commitment to excellence. Nicole has a B.A. in Radio, TV & Film, with a Public Relations minor from the University of North Texas.
