Here are the following ways the public can provide assistance:

The Recovery Assistance Center inside Granger Recreation Center in Garland closed on Saturday, January 23.  Tornado survivors seeking assistance with long-term recovery or other recovery needs may contact Disaster Case Managers at St. Vincent de Paul and Catholic Charities by calling the Disaster Case Management line at 469-607-0909 or 211. VolunteerNow is opening the doors of our Donated Goods Discount Depot to help those affected by the tornadoes.  Until June 30, 2016, those with an American Red Cross referral form can visit our Dallas or Forth Worth store and receive free merchandise up to $50. Anything above the $50 limit will be discounted by 50%, and this offer applies to anything in the store. Donated Goods Discount Depots offer new sample and overstock clothing, home goods, toiletries, furniture, pet items, and much more at a fraction of retail cost. These items are essential to allowing those affected to get back to their normal lives.  Clients who need American Red Cross services may call 214-678-4294 or stop by the American Red Cross office at 4800 Harry Hines in Dallas.

The Mass Care Task Force partners are VolunteerNow, the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and the North Texas Food Bank.
