VolunteerNow designs a practical, proprietary curriculum based on our 50 years of experience in working with organizations to improve their recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers. Every course we offer features core competencies as identified by the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA).  Facilitators are subject matter experts, hand-picked based on their understanding of nonprofits and volunteerism.

Join us on February 13 as we partner with the North Texas Nonprofit Institute for an interactive workshop for both 'seasoned' or 'new' Volunteer Managers. Learn how to assess organizational needs and identify target groups of volunteers to fill those needs. Together we will practice creating volunteer opportunities in VOLY.org as we adapt them to meet your needs. Implement new mission focused strategies while learning how to uniquely message different audiences and practice building targeted opportunities.
