The Texas Volunteer Management Conference (TVMC) powered by VolunteerNow is the leading educational event for current and emerging volunteer management professionals in Texas, across the United States and throughout the world. Founded in 1991, this annual conference provides an opportunity to learn from top-level speakers, trainers and leaders who are outstanding in their fields.

TVMC was hosted virtually in 2021 and 2022. The virtual audience doubled the size of the conference from 2019’s audience of 223 to a sold out audience of 500.
Attendees representing nonprofits, hospitals, hospices, libraries, municipalities, corporations, schools, government agencies, and consultants who are passionate about working with volunteers are welcome to attend.

TVMC is back in person! We are so excited to share the dates and theme for this year's Texas Volunteer Management Conference, powered by VolunteerNow. For over 30 years we have been bringing volunteer engagement professionals together to exchange ideas, build bonds, and enrich our communities.
We have two options for attending:
In-person at the beautiful University of Texas at Dallas, Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center
Virtual: Workshops with live speakers. Select sessions at the in-person event will be live cast.
