Ruth Ann Aldridge: Versatile Volunteer

"Ruth Ann Aldridge has been a longtime volunteer with Network Community Ministry. She volunteers and oversees the clothing store, and takes deep pride in her area. New volunteers who come to serve in her area are treated with kitten gloves. She trains them the proper way to be the best volunteers, as well as how to assist the clients in a professional way. Ruth Ann gives them all the necessary tools to be successful here at Network Community Ministry.  

"She is always willing to help in any other areas that may need extra volunteers to cover shifts, and is cross-trained in all our areas - by her own initiative. Ruth Ann is a great asset to Network. 

"The amazing thing is she always does this with a smile, and I have yet to hear her complain about anything. She has such a beautiful outlook on life and is so positive it makes it so easy to want to be around someone like that. When changes are made, she adapts very well and always finds the positive in it. She is eager to help everyone in this building from the volunteers to the CEO. 

"Ruth Ann gives a true meaning to the word 'volunteer.' She is here to help us - not to see what we can do for her or even give her recognition. Her heart is in the right place."
